ಪುಣ್ಯಾತ್ಮರೇ , ನಾನು ಹಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲೇ ಬೆಳೆದವ ಯಾವ ಆಹಾರ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳು ಯಾವ ಗುಣಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿವೆ ಎಂದು ನನಗೆ ತಿಳಿದಿದೆ. ಹಲಸು ಮತ್ತು ಹಾಲು ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಆಹಾರಗಳು, ಹಲಸಿನ ಹಣ್ಣಿನ ಜೊತೆ ಹಾಲು ಸೇರಿಸುವುದು ವಿಷಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಪರಿಣಮಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಕೆಲವು ಹಣ್ಣಿನ ಮಿಲ್ಕ್ ಶೇಕ್ ಅನ್ನುವುದೇ ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ಆಹಾರ. ಹಾಗೇಯೇ ಐಸ್ ಕ್ರೀಮ್ ತಯಾರಿಗೆ ಹಾಲು ಹಾಕಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದು ಕೂಡಾ ವಿಷಕಾರಿ ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಇದನ್ನು ಯಾರೂ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಬೇಡಿ, Food poisoning ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಬೇಕಾದ್ರೆ ಆಯುರ್ವೇದ ವೈದ್ಯರ ಜೊತೆ ಕೇಳಿ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿ.
